Square One Project – “Reimagine Justice in Oklahoma” Event

Join the Square One Project for the first-ever public Roundtable on Values and Justice: Examing Racial Disparities and Reimagining Justice in Oklahoma. This free and public event, taking place in Langston, Oklahoma on January 31st and Tulsa, Oklahoma on February 1st and 2nd, will include a keynote panel, an arts performance, and a sustained dialogue focused on reimagining justice through a historical lens.

The Square One Project would love for you to join them for this significant conversation. You can register for the kick-off event here and the 2-day convening here. The kick-off event will include a performance from PoetryAndChill, and a keynote panel with Representative Amanda Swope, community organizer aurelius francisco, academic Bruce Western, Senator and Pastor George Young, justice advocate Mashilah Powell, and restorative justice practitioner Tamara Lebak.

Please note there are two separate registrations and we encourage you to register for both events — you can attend in-person or virtually. As a Roundtable observer, you will have a chance to learn from, and network with over 35 leaders in Oklahoma with diverse professional and personal backgrounds.
